Meh, probably wrong but I reckon Goku would still be on top.

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Bleach	We know they're slackers, though it does seem that they increased in power a bit. However, they never reached SSJ2 or 3, which to me says they're weaker than Goku was at that point. It's even worse that they were unable to do so since they have had those forms in the past (albeit while fused), but as such they should still have an idea of how do it. Since they did not manage, it's clear that they're weaker than Goku, probably about the same as MSSJ Kid Gohan.

For some reason to this day, I think those boys got really strong during their trip in the Time Chamber.

Google	I'd say, post rosat, they probably surpassed Pre Majin Vegeta, but not by much, so they still aren't on Kid Gohan's level. I'm not sure of their EOZ power, but if they slacked off and didn't train(then they obviously gained little to no power)then there is no way they can handle Goku.
